Search independent on formats: Superior Search supports all important data formats. These are not only formats like Word, PowerPoint, PDF, MP3 an zip-archives, but also seldom formats or older data like arc-, arj, lha- or zoo-files.

Search in e-mails including annexes: Superior Search searches in e-mails and mail archives and includes all annexes, independent of the formats. For the time being the programme supports Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes, AOL Communicator, and The Bat!, as well as UNIX mailboxes.

Search in archives: Superior Search finds data in archives, like RAR and ZIP. The archive programme has not to be installed. The software is able to open the documents or to display the catchword.

Search in password protected files: Superior Search searches also through password protected files (access rights must be provided). Text passage will be shown in a separate window. Memory protection avoids access to the protected files. Protection will be still effective.

Previews: Superior Search presents all discovered text without opening the file. You click the search item and see the context directly.

No limits for indexing: Superior Search indexes all files, documents, directories and drives unlimited and complete and grants a fast and comprehensive search.

Integrated Browser: The search capability is not limited to the pc, it includes the search in the internet.

Web 2.0 platform: Superior Search includes a Web 2.0 platform, in which all established links categorised can be bookmarked. Selected partners provide exclusively the categories news, shopping, travel and internet search. Search items will be transported in the search engine of the partner, results will be displayed on the desktop.
